This is not a role for someone who wants to sit next to the CEO. It is a role for someone who drives growth, fills the gaps that no one else owns, and builds what the company needs next. Whoever takes this role will help write the playbook for it.18-24 months+. Then what? The best people who do this role do not stay in it forever. They build something, prove themselves, and step into a position the company did not have before. At properti, that position is already taking shape: whoever drives the partner agent model to scale in Switzerland and builds the operational foundation for international expansion will be the natural candidate to lead it. Aufgaben

What you own:

KPIs don't slip:

You own the weekly pulse on every critical KPI across the business and take the leadership team in accountability
When a metric falls below plan, you are the first to know and the first to act – not the CEO
You go after underperformance directly: you confront the responsible person, understand the root cause and push until it is resolved
"We are working on it" is not an answer – you define what needs to happen, by when, and you hold people to it

Operations run without the CEO:

You filter and route operational requests before they reach the CEO
You own cross-functional projects that sit between teams and have no natural owner – you pick them up and close them in collaboration with the CEO Office
You ensure strategic vendor and partner relationships move forward – you prepare, coordinate and remove blockers so the CEO only steps in when his name or mandate is required
You step into high-priority special projects the company can't afford to get wrong and can't afford to wait on – with no playbook, no safety net, and full mandate

The rhythm holds:

You design and run the management cadence: leadership meetings, board preparation, quarterly reviews in collaboration with the CEO Office
You translate strategic priorities into quarterly execution plans – with owners, timelines and measurable outcomes with the CEO Office
You prepare board, general assembly and investor materials in coordination with the CFO – the CEO walks into every meeting fully briefed
You build systems that make the leadership team faster – not more meetings, but better decisions with less CEO involvement

The channel scales:

You own the commercial performance of the partner agent model and hold the team accountable to the numbers
You build the operational playbook that makes the model repeatable to scale internationally together with our lead sales analytics&growth
You track performance and escalate fast when cohorts underperform
You build the groundwork for international expansion in parallel: market analysis, regulatory foundations, operational blueprint

AI becomes how we operate:

You bridge the CEO's vision and the Head of AI's build – ensuring AI is not a side project but the operating model
You measure AI adoption across the leadership team in alignment with the Head of AI Adoption: what is running, what is stalling, what needs to change

Job Anforderungen

Who you are

5+ years at a top-tier consulting firm – McKinsey, BCG, Bain or equivalent – you know the difference between a slide and a result
5+ years experience as real operator in a scaleup / growth environment is a must
Prior Chief of Staff experience is a strong plus – you know what the role demands before you walk in
Academic background from a leading university is a plus – what matters most is demonstrable impact
Leadership-Experience is a must
You have owned a commercial outcome with measurable results – not supported it, not been part of the team – owned it with your name on the number
You do not accept vague answers. When someone says "we are working on it", you ask what exactly, by when, and what happens if not. You follow up until it is closed – without apology, without being asked twice
You have told a senior person their work was not good enough. You did not soften it. It was simply true and you moved forward
You have worked across multiple European markets and understand that scaling a model internationally is not the same as growing it locally
Management-level role in a Series B-stage company with a clear path to IPO or similar
German and English – both sharp in writing and in the room
A team that moves fast, challenges each other, and wins together
