It deliberately takes me out of my comfort zone, and that is exactly what makes it so exciting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is about leaving familiar structures behind and operating in a more systematized environment. But that is also where the opportunity lies: to gain new perspectives and develop both professionally and personally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-the-digital-pipeline-at-properti-differ-from-traditional-processes\">How does the digital pipeline at properti differ from traditional processes?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jonathan:<\/strong> The biggest difference is speed. Traditional, decentralized processes in the industry are often rigid. At properti, everything is designed to simplify workflows while ensuring a high level of quality. When adjustments are needed, the digital approach\u2014especially through central tools like the Agent Portal\u2014makes it possible to respond extremely quickly and implement optimizations immediately. For me, that means actively sharing my knowledge and taking the time to train and support my team intensively. I am always accessible to my agents\u2014whether for complex valuations, difficult negotiations, or direct support in client interactions.
