What requirements do I need to meet to become a properti partner?
As a Partner Agent, you align yourself with the highest industry standards. A prerequisite is an excellent, verifiable track record as a top performer (at least CHF 300,000 to 400,000 in revenue over the last 12 months) and a strong, established network in your region. We consider a solid education in real estate (e.g., federally certified real estate marketer, IAF, IREM, or SAQ certification) a quality standard.
Your mindset is crucial: You think and act like a CEO of your own business. You are hungry for growth and are looking for the perfect ecosystem to scale your performance without administrative roadblocks. Integrity (an impeccable debt enforcement and criminal record extract) is non-negotiable for us.
How independent am I truly as a Partner Agent?
100%. You are not an employee; you are the owner of your own business. You define your own goals, set your working hours, determine your acquisition strategies, and decide alone how much you want to scale your business. properti does not impose rigid guidelines or limits on you.
At the same time, you benefit from the paradox of the modern real estate world: You are completely independent, but you never work alone. We act as your invisible backbone. We provide you with our strong brand, smart real estate software (Agent Portal), and the Operations Team, which handles administrative tasks, allowing you to use your freedom where it pays off: with the client.
How does the properti Partner Model differ from traditional partner/licensing models?
While traditional partner/franchise models often incur around CHF 5,000 in monthly fees and still offer no operational infrastructure, properti reduces your fixed costs to exactly CHF 290 per month.
At the same time, you increase your commission split to a market-leading 85% (instead of the usual 70%). However, the biggest lever for your return on investment is our 360° ecosystem: Our proprietary real estate software – the Agent Portal – a dedicated support team, and continuous training are fully included – services where traditional models leave you completely on your own.

After an open discussion about personal fit, the starting signal for your independence is given with the registration of your own GmbH. From this moment on, we take over the operational heavy lifting: System integration, data migration, and the setup of your new ecosystem take less than 24 hours. You simply connect your existing portfolio to our infrastructure and are fully operational from day one – without interrupting your daily business or cash flow.
