A prerequisite is a proven track record in the property sector and several years’ management experience, as well as a solid background in property – ideally as a Swiss-certified property agent, an IAF-, IREM- or SAQ-certified adviser, or a Swiss-certified property trustee. Experience is valuable, but it is no substitute for performance. What matters most are results, attitude and ambition – regardless of whether you have been in the market for five or fifteen years. What counts is your mindset: ambition, professionalism, a strong customer focus and a genuine passion for property.

Fast, personalised and practical. You’ll usually be up and running within 10–14 days. We handle migration, data mapping, system setup and training so you can get started without delay.

 

Our dedicated Training, Learning & Development (TLD) team – consisting of two specialist coaches – will support you through the first few months. Onboarding covers not just systems, but the entire ecosystem: processes, tools, culture and people. Our goal is clear: no training frustration, but genuine activation – measurable success from week 4 onwards.

No – at properti, there is no territorial exclusivity. We believe in collaboration rather than isolation. Every estate agent has the opportunity to work independently and flexibly across all regions.

 

However, property exclusivity does apply as a matter of principle: each property is managed by a designated estate agent to ensure quality, clear communication and client protection. At the same time, our estate agents are free to enter into partnerships with colleagues when dealing with buyer enquiries and to share commissions on a partnership basis. We actively promote cross-sector collaboration because we are convinced that only those who cooperate openly can achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
