What requirements do I need to meet to start as an Agent Leader at properti?
We work with executives who want more than just routine – with personalities who take performance seriously, assume responsibility and deliver results. The prerequisite is a proven track record in the real estate industry and several years of management experience, as well as sound training in the real estate sector – ideally as a federally certified real estate marketer, IAF, IREM or SAQ-certified consultant or federally certified real estate trustee. Experience is valuable, but it is no substitute for performance. What matters are results, attitude and ambition – regardless of whether you have been in the market for five or fifteen years. What counts is your mindset: ambition, professionalism, strong customer focus and a genuine passion for real estate.
Integrity is non-negotiable for us. A clean criminal record and debt collection extract are a given. And: if you are digitally savvy, work efficiently and want to grow consistently, properti is not just an employer, but a platform for making your performance visible and scaling it up.
What does the remuneration model for managers look like?
We combine stability with entrepreneurial freedom. As an agent leader, you benefit from splits of up to 50%, a guaranteed salary of £4,200, an annual performance bonus, team remuneration and profit-sharing options from partner level upwards. No office fees, no overheads, no hidden costs – your income goes towards you and your growth. Thanks to our platform, services and technology, you can focus entirely on your customers – we take care of the rest. properti managers spend less time on spreadsheets and more time mentoring team members. Our philosophy: No Cap on Earnings – Ambition Decides. Those who deliver participate. We reward results, not attendance.
Can I bring my existing customers and listings with me?
Absolutely. We know that trust is your most valuable asset. Our operations team will seamlessly integrate your existing mandates, client data and listings into our system – without any data loss, administrative chaos or risk. Our smart brokerage system ensures that all processes are clearly documented – you continue to work with your clients while we provide the structures. You also benefit from a special signing deal.
What marketing and branding support will I receive?
We build your brand, you build your business. With our Brand & Lead Engine, we position your team members as local heroes in the region – visible, trustworthy and relevant. Our marketing team supports you with professional photo and video shoots, social media content, local PR and targeted campaigns that build your personality as a brand. This creates genuine authenticity – you remain yourself, but professionally presented. At the same time, we brand properly throughout Switzerland via TV, radio and out-of-home campaigns – the attention we generate is yours. Because our focus is on the agent-centric model: we make the brand strong so that you can shine as a leader.
Is there administrative support?
Yes – comprehensively so. Our back office and sales coordination unit take care of advertisements, exposés, prospective buyer management, viewing planning, notary preparation and customer communication. Around 90% of all administrative processes are automated by our technology, allowing you to focus fully on developing your team.

How does onboarding work for managers?
Fast, personalised and practical. You’ll usually be ready to go within 10–14 days. We take care of migration, data mapping, system setup and training so that you can get started without delay.
Our dedicated Training, Learning & Development (TLD) team – consisting of two specialised coaches – will guide you through the first few months. Onboarding covers not only systems, but the entire ecosystem: processes, tools, culture and people. Our goal is clear: no training frustration, but real activation – measurable success from week 4 onwards.
What further development and partner options are available?
At properti, you can do more than just lead, develop and help shape the company. For us, leadership is not a question of position, but an attitude. Not every strong salesperson is automatically a good leader – and vice versa. Our leaders act as servant leaders: they empower others, deliver results through their team and live by the principle of winning together.

We accompany you on this journey with leadership weeks in Ibiza, growth weekends and monthly coaching sessions with top internal and external coaches. Depending on your ambition, you can also act as an equity or non-equity partner, build your own teams, regions or countries, and expand together with us. Performance becomes visible – and it is rewarded – think big.
Is there territorial or object exclusivity?
No – at properti, there is no territorial exclusivity. We believe in cooperation rather than isolation. Every estate agent has the opportunity to work independently and flexibly in all regions.
However, property exclusivity does exist: each property is managed by a responsible estate agent to ensure quality, clear communication and customer protection. At the same time, our estate agents are free to respond to buyer enquiries.
They can collaborate with colleagues and share commissions on a partnership basis. We actively promote cross-industry cooperation because we are convinced that only those who cooperate openly can achieve the best possible results for their customers.
How are quality and customer experience measured?
Two of our core values are Pursue Excellence and Create Experiences – and we live by them consistently. For us, success means more than just turnover: we measure customer satisfaction (NPS), conversion rates and process quality across all phases.
Every customer interaction is systematically recorded in order to objectively evaluate the quality of our work. In addition, we provide you with tools that automate your lead acquisition and make it scalable – including social media automation, performance tracking and AI-supported prioritisation.
