Not everyone gets into properti – we select ambitious individuals who want to make an impact. Our standards are clear: we don’t train average profiles; we develop the next generation of successful real estate agents.

 

A completed commercial education or a recognised degree (HF, FH, university) is required. Alternatively, we accept several years of proven sales experience with relevant further training. An initial real-estate-related education (e.g. Federal Certificate, SAQ, REM NDS, CAS, MAS) is recommended but not mandatory. Certificates in personality analysis and development (e.g. Insights® Discovery, Structogram®, BIP®, HPI®) are positively considered during the selection process. We help you build any missing competencies.

 

You must hold a valid driver’s licence (Cat. B) and ideally have your own car. We also require a clean criminal record and debt register extract – trust and integrity are essential in our industry.

 

What matters most is your attitude: communication strength, openness, willingness to learn, resilience, sales talent and a genuine interest in people. We are not looking for theorists, but for doers with drive.

 

We accept only a limited number of Career Starters each year. Our selection process includes three interviews to assess motivation, potential and cultural fit. Entry sur dossier is only possible in exceptional cases and with outstanding potential.

Your journey at properti starts with our Career Starter Course. Over eight weeks, you are prepared for a successful start as a real estate agent – through practical sales training, online learning and structured self-study on our platform.

 

All properti trainings and the entire learning platform are completely free of charge for you.

 

After the Career Starter Course, you enter an intensive onboarding phase, where you are gradually introduced to practice over several months. In total, we invest over 300 hours in your development – workshops, live trainings, accompanied client visits and personal coaching sessions.

 

You can join additional workshops and coaching sessions at any time. Continuous education is a core part of our agent-centric business model – we invest in people so they can succeed sustainably.

Yes. Every new agent is accompanied by an experienced mentor – personally, closely and practice-oriented: through weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, accompanied visits, lead appointments and phone support.

 

Our Learning & Development team includes two specialised trainers and more than twelve coaches. You benefit from over 600 learning units per year, including workshops, internal and external trainings and regular knowledge transfers. Continuous learning, challenge and support are core elements of our culture.

This depends primarily on your initiative. With discipline, learning readiness and consistent application, first deals are often achieved within three to five weeks.

 

You are not thrown into the deep end: we support you with acquisition tools, qualified leads, a structured 12-month onboarding plan and personal mentoring. Our Agent Portal provides modern tools for acquisition, market analysis and automated social-media activities.

At properti life, you shape your own career – part-time or full-time. Our model is transparent, objective and performance-driven: you set the pace and direction.

Yes – that is exactly the intention. You typically start with a 20 % workload alongside your current job. This allows you to stay financially secure while building skills and gaining experience step by step.

 

Real estate sales is not a quick business – from mandate acquisition to notarisation takes on average 101 days. We therefore support sustainable growth with a clear onboarding plan and continuous feedback.

Performance drives income at properti. You earn unlimited commissions with splits between 18 % / 26 % up to 50 % per transaction, plus performance bonuses.

 

To ensure stability during your start, we offer a CHF 500 monthly salary guarantee for Career Starters – not an advance, no repayment. Full-time agents receive a CHF 4,200 guarantee. properti agents manage 4.4× more listings and achieve 3.6× more transactions than traditional agents.

We provide tablets, mobile phones, software licences and office space. You can also use our vehicle fleet for viewings and client meetings. Our goal is simple: enable your productivity.

As a next-gen brokerage, we rely entirely on technology. Our AI-powered Agent Portal with marketing suite and digital templates significantly increases your efficiency. Automation and data support lead to 3.4× more transactions on average.
