Our Operations division is the interdisciplinary foundation of properti and consists of highly specialized expert teams. These include: Backoffice & Sales Coordination, Agent Success, Finance, Talent Acquisition Sales, Marketing & Communication, Experiences, Product, Data & Business Intelligence, Tech, Sales Analytics, and Inside Sales. Each of these teams focuses on perfecting our processes and delivering measurable impact.

As part of our Operations Team, you act as a high-performing service unit that consistently paves the way for our sales talents. We use smart technology and excellent operational processes to remove administrative hurdles – so our brokers can uncompromisingly focus on what matters: their clients.
