Reporting to the VP Growth, you'll build properti's AI-native Lead Engine — the CRM, content, and automation system that turns every behavioral signal into a personalized, conversion-driving experience. You won't just run a CRM; you'll design an agentic growth stack where LLMs, predictive models, and human brokers work as one team.

Aufgaben
  • AI-Driven CRM Strategy & Funnel Ownership
  • Own the full lead-to-close lifecycle (lead → MQL → SQL → transaction), instrumented end-to-end with AI signals
  • Define properti's CRM strategy with AI as the core leverage: predictive lead scoring, intent modeling, propensity-to-transact
  • Build dynamic segmentation using ML and embeddings — search behavior, listings viewed, geography, property type, budget, lifecycle stage
  • Own and improve funnel KPIs (conversion rates, time-to-close, revenue per lead) and use models to forecast and lift each stage


Generative Content & Personalization Engine

  • Build an LLM-powered content system that generates and personalizes every lifecycle touchpoint — email journeys, WhatsApp/SMS flows, listing promotion logic
  • Design prompt frameworks, content templates, and guardrails so AI-generated copy is on-brand, multilingual (DE/FR/IT/EN), and conversion-optimized
  • Deploy hyper-personalization at the level of the individual user — not segments of 10,000 — using behavioral, intent, and listing data
  • Tie every AI-generated touchpoint to revenue impact, not vanity engagement


Automation, Agents & Infrastructure

  • Own the CRM and marketing automation stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or equivalent) and integrate it natively with properti's AI platform
  • Design AI agents and trigger-based journeys that act on real-time signals — abandoned searches, viewing patterns, broker handoffs, re-engagement windows
  • Build and iterate ML-based lead scoring in partnership with Data Science
  • Work closely with Data & Tech to ensure clean data flows, vector stores, retrieval pipelines, and accurate attribution at scale


Experimentation & AI Performance

  • Build a test-and-learn framework covering both classic A/B testing and AI-specific evaluation: prompt variants, model versions, multi-armed bandits
  • Run continuous experiments across messaging, timing, channels, segmentation, and AI-generated content
  • Track campaign performance, incremental revenue, and model quality (accuracy, hallucinations, conversion lift, latency)
  • Translate insights into shipped improvements — fast


Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Act as the bridge between Growth, Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering
  • Ensure CRM and AI outputs directly improve lead quality, sales efficiency, and broker productivity (e.g., AI-generated lead briefings ahead of every call)
  • Align CRM initiatives with market expansion priorities and the AI product roadmap.


Job Anforderungen
  • 6–10+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles, with recent hands-on experience deploying AI/LLM tooling in production marketing workflows
  • Proven track record of driving revenue impact through CRM — not just engagement metrics
  • Fluency with modern AI tooling: LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.), prompt engineering, retrieval/RAG, and AI-native marketing platforms (HubSpot Breeze, Braze Sage, Clay, Customer.io with AI, n8n/Zapier with LLM steps, or equivalents)
  • Strong analytical mindset: funnel optimization, KPI tracking, attribution modeling, and evaluating AI/ML output quality
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or equivalent)
  • Experience in fast-growing, high-performance environments (scale-up, marketplace, SaaS, PropTech)


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building or shipping AI agents, RAG systems, or LLM-powered content engines in a marketing or sales context
  • Comfort writing SQL and basic Python, or working in notebooks to interrogate data and prototype workflows
  • Experience in real estate, marketplaces, or lead-based business models
  • Background working closely with Data Science / ML teams and Revenue Operations
  • German and/or French language skills
